It has been said; all that in fact separates man from “beast” is that supposedly he (or so he has mythologized) is the only creature in all creation who is aware of his beingness, more importantly his death… his transition from one state of being to another.
But that awareness has not led to him to higher states of being; no, it has in truth only led him to fear that which he has been gifted the awareness of; that being the infinitely unknowable and that fear of the unknown has crippled him on a spiritual level; stunting his ability to experience in eternal happiness his endless journey of soul.
For while he has gained the awareness that he was, he has forgotten that life no matter how seemingly fleeting in this or any illusion it may appear to be, it is always, in all ways to be loved, cherished and shared, never feared, dishonored and hoarded.
just LOVE…

“She wasn’t afraid of difficulties; what frightened her was being forced to choose one particular path.
Choosing a path meant having to miss out on others. She had a whole life to live and she was always thinking that, in future, she might regret the choices she made now.
‘I’m afraid of committing myself,’ she thought to herself. She wanted to follow all possible paths and so ended up following none.
Even in that most important area of her life, love, she had failed to commit herself. After her first romantic dissappointment, she had never again given herself entirely. She feared pain, loss and separation. These things were inevitable on the path to love, and the only way of avoiding them was by deciding not to take that path at all. In order not to suffer, you had to renounce love. It was like putting out your own eyes in order not to see the bad things in life.” ~ Paulo Coelho, Brida
