In our experiences of LOVE and life what is found, is what is sought, for pleasure or pain, good or evil, ill or not…
“I suddenly saw that all the time it was not I who had been seeking God, but God who had been seeking me. I had made myself the centre of my own existence and had my back turned to God.” ~ Bede Griffiths
My starting point for this experience of my shared being in LOVE, was Infinity; my beginningless beginning and endless ending and with that as the foundation of my knowing, I am able to embrace with boundless joy and ceaseless wonder the ever unknowable of the eternal journey that lies ever before me…
“It is part of the nature of every definitive love that sooner or later it can reach the beloved only in infinity.” ~ Rainer Maria Rilke
Our memories, dreams of our LOVE past, often seem like they were only seconds before, while in truth they are not close at all, but lives lived somewhere far off, in another distant time; such is the deceptive nature of living in the moments gone, the danger of holding on to the mirages of things that were, but are no more; our yesterdays transformed to a siren’s call seducing, harkening us to the jagged shores of our regrets; the memories of our pain, grief and shame seeming real, holding us fast in a neverending loop of guilt and suffering, paying time and time again for our imagined sins against who or what we do not really know; locking us in a prison cell of nows that are no more and the future becomes just a mirage of our yesterdays repeating; the same sad line of our LOVE song, a scratched record skipping over and over again…
Regret leads only to stagnation or worse yet regression.
“Never look back unless you are planning to go that way.” ~ Henry David Thoreau
When will we rise above our fear of the unknown, our death and embrace the truth, that we are creative spirit; energy and information, molded with God consciousness into form, but our body not real; that both death and life are just illusions, shades of light strung together by threads of time; that we are nothing imagined as something, seeking something, finding nothing, but the flow of experience as one with the one; immortality and oblivion the dream of Infinity alive?
When will we find courage, bravery, heroism in bringing and being joy and seeing as cowards those manifesting terror?
When will we be the experience of LOVE we truly want, need and are?
“Dream delivers us to dream, and there is no end to illusion. Life is like a train of moods like a string of beads, and, as we pass through them, they prove to be many-colored lenses which paint the world their own hue. . . . ” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
By the time my brain is consciously aware of this moment, this now, it is but an echo, a shadow of the experience of creation, of LOVE, of God, I am; so it follows then, that I cannot be the source of the experience for my reflection is just a ghost of what already was; my only choice therefore in how I experience the experience I am, must be decided before the moment next occurs.
“But the Hebrew word, the word timshel—‘Thou mayest’— that gives a choice. It might be the most important word in the world. That says the way is open. That throws it right back on a man. For if ‘Thou mayest’—it is also true that ‘Thou mayest not.” ~ John Steinbeck, East of Eden
If you desire how you are in LOVE to be different, all you must do is choose differently how in LOVE you are…
HAPPY EARTH DAY!!!
“Only in love are unity and duality not in conflict.” ~ Rabindranath Tagore
In LOVE intention aware, thoughts, words, movements, tastes, smells, sights, sounds, touches, become a ballet of space and time and you the Prima…
“Live with intention.
Walk to the edge.
Play with abandon.
Choose with no regret.
Appreciate your friends.
Continue to learn.
Do what you love.
Live as if this is all there is.”
~ Mary Anne Radmacher
