It came to me in the early morning light, as I touched the leaf of a potted plant, its dripping dawn dew wetting my jeans that our clothes are unnatural barriers keeping us touching one another’s skin and being able to respect and honor the beauty of human body. Then as if the caged plant were speaking to my spirit this feeling I shall put into words washed over me; so too do your streets of asphalt and your structures of steel and concrete keep you from connecting with the Earth, the source of life itself. It feels so clear to me now that these adornments and alterations to nature have become, as well almost impenetrable walls keeping us from experiencing LOVE in all its divine, sacred joy and glory…
