For the LOVE of Oblivion…

If I should fall to sleep, never to wake, never to be again, oblivion I would embrace; for of death and not being I have no fear, as a fate far worse is to come to mortal senses dawn after dawn after dawn, to this pointless, meaningless, loveless living Hell, manifested by my fellow man — a punchline to a cosmic joke, an experiment failed, cannon fodder or sustenance for beings more highly evolved, that is a continued destiny unendurable, as I was born witness to and embrace LOVE, Infinity, the great endless, undefinable, unknowable beyond…
“But what is all this fear of and opposition to Oblivion? What is the matter with the soft Darkness, the Dreamless Sleep?” ~ James Thurbera0359889003_10-1000x600
