The only way to be free from the programming is to be entirely unafraid to die. Beyond that even to embrace your death in every moment, die is every moment to be reborn in every moment, until this illusion of a “you” is no more. By doing this you are freed from the story of fear and ego which your mind is manipulated and controlled by. By doing this you are able to truly experience being in the now without the need of promise tomorrow to keep you “living” as dog chasing its tail. Only for you, not only can’t the tail be caught, but the tail doesn’t even exist to be caught. By doing this you can observe the duality unattached, as true self in unification, rather than separation.
